Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
